Our client, a reputable contractor, was responsible for the HVAC installation in a new 27-story commercial building located in Cheras, Malaysia. The ambitious project included 40 Air Handling Units (AHUs), 888 Variable Air Volume (VAV) units, 121 fans, and 8 Fan Coil Units (FCUs). Given the scale and complexity of the HVAC system, ensuring optimal performance and balance from the outset was a priority.
